Job Description:

This award-winning Scottish firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property practice in either Perth or Stirling. The team acts for clients in various legal aspects of sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, and transfers of title.

The ideal candidate will have between 1-10 years of PQE, with a strong background in conveyancing, property law, and private client matters. Familiarity with client-facing roles is advantageous, as the role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, property agents, and introducers.
