Job Description:

This Glasgow-based law firm is seeking a lawyer specializing in residential conveyancing to join its growing practice. Due to continued expansion, the firm is looking for an experienced lawyer at the solicitor, associate, senior associate, or legal director level to work closely with the partner on a wide range of conveyancing matters. Responsibilities include collaborating with estate agents, managing property transactions, handling title transfers, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating, conducting property inspections, and overseeing fund transfers.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ PQE with a strong background in conveyancing, ideally gained in a smaller firm setting. The team is particularly interested in ambitious individuals who are confident in their abilities and eager to progress. A business following would be beneficial but is not essential.

This role offers an opportunity to join a busy, supportive team with a positive workplace culture and potential partnership opportunities.
