Job Description:

This Glasgow-based Law Firm is seeking a Lawyer specialising in Residential Conveyancing to join its growing practice. Due to continued expansion, the firm is looking for an experienced Lawyer at the Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, or Legal Director level to work closely with the Partner on conveyancing matters. Responsibilities include collaborating with estate agents, managing property transactions, handling title transfers, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating, conducting property inspections, and overseeing fund transfers.

Candidates should have at least two years’ PQE with a strong conveyancing background, preferably from a smaller firm. The team values ambitious individuals confident in their abilities and eager to advance. A following of clients would be advantageous but is not necessary.
