Job description

A firm with a really strong footing in residential conveyancing in other parts of Essex and is interested in expanding into the Chelmsford area.

They are looking for ambitious and experienced lawyers to join them to spearhead this development in their new office, taking up a senior role as head of this department.

This is by no means a standing start role as they are very well established in this area of practice elsewhere and have a good network throughout Essex.

The successful candidate for this role will have strong connections in the Chelmsford area and will be comfortable on the business development side of things.

If you are a senior property lawyer and have ambitions to play a key role in the department in which you work, with the opportunity to grow a team around you within a short space of time (or even bring one with you from day 1) then this could be of interest and would be worth an initial conversation.

The salary offered will be based on the individual, but due to the seniority of the role this will be at the top end and reflective of a senior level role. In addition to this they offer a lucrative bonus scheme and other great perks as part of a comprehensive benefits package.
