Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience running a full, independent residential conveyancing caseload.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload from inception to post-completion.
• Deep expertise in complex leasehold matters, unregistered land, and title investigation.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of files from initial instruction to post-completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and complex transactions.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a quality service.
• Upholding CQS and all internal compliance standards.
