This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the growing property team of a well-established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham.

Our client is looking for an experienced individual who is confident managing their own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion,

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing own residential conveyancing caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion and post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage remortgages, refinancing and bridging matters.
• Review title documents, searches and enquiries; liaise with lenders and clients.
