Job summary

Andy File Associates Ltd in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a mixed caseload of Sale & Purchase matters with minimal supervision. The role is based at the head office with a hybrid option of 1 day per week working from home.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE, though relevant experience without PQE will be considered. Strong organisational and file management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year PQE or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience handling sale and purchase matters including freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.

Our client, a long established general legal practice in Doncaster who deal with a wide area of law including Residential Conveyancing, Commecial Property, Private Client, Litigation and Family are now looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

The position will involve working on a mixed caseload of Sale & Purchase matters with minimum supervision.

The successful candidate will join a very busy department working from their Head Office in Doncaster town centre.

A suitable candidate for this role will have at least 1 years PQE however, candidates that fall outside this criteria but have relevant knowledge and experience will also be considered.

They expect the candidate to be able to work relatively autonomously. Support will, however, be available when needed.

Most working patterns will be considered and working in-office is preferred, however, there is a hybrid option available of 1 day per week working from home.

• The role involves managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion.
• The candidate will have extensive experience of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions and be able to work with minimum supervision.
• The candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative with attention to detail and should demonstrate strong organisation and file management skills.
• Ideally you will have at least 1 year of experience as a residential conveyancer, you do not need to be a qualified solicitor as experience working on a variety of residential conveyancing transactions is more important
