Residential Conveyancing Executive – Porthcawl

TSR Legal is excited to be working with a well-established local law firm as they expand into their brand-new Porthcawl office! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Executive to join a friendly and reputable firm with deep-rooted connections in the community.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to work closely with an experienced Partner in their growing Porthcawl office. You’ll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, with a steady stream of work generated through strong relationships with local estate agents.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, sales, and purchases.
• Providing a high level of client care and communication.
• Working closely with the Partner and wider team to ensure smooth and efficient case progression.

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in a conveyancing role.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures.
• Proactive, highly organised, and keen to be part of a growing team.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
