As a team manager, you will ideally be based in the office, but there is some flexibility with home working as well. You will run your own reduced caseload and manage a team of 4 – 6 lawyers. You should demonstrate a track record of management experience and be commercially astute. An integral part of this role involves coaching and mentoring team members to ensure the delivery of high standards to the firm’s clients. This is a high-profile role, acting for well-known national house builders.

You should have strong, sound knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters and be methodical and well-organized in your approach.
