Role: Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive with 2-5 PQE

Location: Woking (Northwest Surrey Area) (office based with occasional remote working)

Salary/Package: Salary £38-50k (depending on experience) & benefits package

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced conveyancer who is looking to develop their career and join a leading, well-established law firm in the Woking (Northwest Surrey) area. The firm offers career development, a supportive team culture, and a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will work closely with a friendly and dedicated team, managing a caseload of residential property matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Council right to buy
• Lease extensions
• Transfers of part
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, be IT literate, and experience using a case management system is preferred. You should have excellent communication skills, be capable of delivering high standards of client care, work efficiently, and achieve monthly billing targets.
