The Opportunity
TSR Legal is working with an established and award-winning law firm, currently seeking a talentedResidential Conveyancer (Solicitor)to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, while contributing to the firm's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
Sales, purchases, and remortgages
Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
SDLT matters and relevant exemptions
Unregistered property transactions
Offer technical legal guidance and support to the transactional teams
Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and industry standards
Build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders, including IFAs
Provide support and mentorship to junior colleagues
Work efficiently to meet client needs while maintaining high standards of service
About YouQualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
2–3 years’ PQEin residential conveyancing
Strong knowledge of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters
Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
Organised with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
Competitive salary (£45,000 – £50,000 DOE)
