LICENSED CONVEYANCER/ RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR
EXPERIENCE: 3 YEARS’ + PQE
LOCATION: LONDON
SALARY: UP TO £60,000 DOE

Exciting opportunity to join a London based firm with a well-established reputation for offering exceptional residential conveyancing services to clients within the locality including HNW properties.

This award-winning, mid-size law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX practitioner to join its busy conveyancing team based in London.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A good understanding of property law and the entire residential conveyancing process
• Experience of freehold and leasehold
• Understanding and experience of BSA is desirable but not essential
• Experience of running their own caseload
• Good IT skills and will be capable of using case management systems
• Excellent business development skills

Applicants should be:
• Driven and highly motivated individual with positive outlook
• Able to work independently whilst also being a team player
• Capable of delivering excellent client care
• Friendly and have a caring attitude
