Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

Working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in the heart of Central London, seeking a confident and driven conveyancer with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join their thriving property team.

The Role

You’ll manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. The team handles a broad spectrum of work including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• New build transactions

• Transfers of equity

• Re-mortgages and help-to-buy schemes

• Lease extensions and shared ownership

You will have the support of experienced colleagues and admin support, with the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients, developers, and agents.

About You

• 2+ years’ PQE as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with proven residential property experience

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• A proactive, commercial approach to work

• Experience working in Central London or on high-value transactions is desirable but not essential

There is the opportunity for more qualified fee earners to manage their own team of 5 fee earners and earn a higher salary. This is open to people with experience managing a team and those with a strong desire to progress.

• Realistic bonus structure that has seen fee earners earn between £30,000 to £40,000 extra a year. Every fee earner in the firm reached their bonus target this year!
