This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer (New Build) to join a supportive team and handle a range of conveyancing matters related to New Build properties.

What you’ll do

As a Residential Conveyancer (New Build) at Davisons Law, you will manage your own caseload of new build property matters from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, and lease extensions. You will ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

You should have a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or significant conveyancing experience with the ability to manage your own caseload.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee your own caseload of new build purchase files, sales, part-exchanges, shared ownership, right to buy, and lease extensions.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key contacts, providing legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures, regulatory obligations, and case processing efficiency.
• Proven experience as a Residential Fee Earner with expertise in New Build properties.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures.
• Process cases timely and cost-effectively, meeting billing targets.
• Maintain strong organizational skills, be IT literate, and experienced with web-based case management systems.
• Be commercially aware, understanding business targets and generating fee income accordingly.
• Work with freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
• Handle client enquiries face-to-face, remotely, and via telephone.
