OVERVIEW:
• The appointed conveyancer will be well-equipped to handle a busy conveyancing caseload consisting of sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership
• You will be a seasoned locum conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters
• As an experienced locum, you will be able to progress the existing caseload and hit the ground running
• This role will be accompanied by assistant support
• Fully office-based for the duration of the assignment
• The role is to cover various annual leave dates
