An opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join us at a well-regarded high street firm. You will play an instrumental role in the business as the main point of contact for conveyancing in the team. You will have plenty of support with legal assistants. Also, mentorship from senior lawyers while helping to lead the office.

Requirements:

• Taking on a key role within the business. Being the main point of contact for all residential property matters for the Warrington office.
• Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently and taking all cases from instruction through to completion.
• It is not necessary to be qualified, but this would help.
• You will be part of management as a senior fee earner in this business and we want someone ready to progress in this key growth stage for the firm.
