Salary: £35,000 to £45,000

Are you an experienced conveyancer ready to elevate your career? CRA Consulting has partnered with a pioneering conveyancing firm seeking ambitious professionals to join their cutting-edge team in Derby. Our client stands at the forefront of the conveyancing industry and is part of a large network. They're transforming the home-moving experience through a unique, people-centered approach and advanced technology, setting a new standard in client service and operational excellence.

The Role & Opportunity:
After completing an intensive 2-week training program tailored to ensure you're fully prepared, you'll integrate into one of their high-performing conveyancing teams. You'll be entrusted with a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions, matched to your experience and strengths. In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers a robust bonus structure, with top performers earning an additional £2,000 - £5,000 annually. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full sale/purchase process, working closely with clients, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
2. Build strong relationships through proactive communication and regular progress updates.
3. Deliver exceptional client service to maintain the firm's high standards.
4. Identify and manage risks, ensuring both client protection and regulatory compliance.
5. Maintain organized files, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and legal regulations.
6. Draft and issue contract documents, handle sale enquiries, review search results, and manage transactions to completion.
7. Coordinate with mortgage lenders on fund transfers, handle contract exchanges, and oversee the legal completion process.

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing, with a proven ability to manage a personal caseload.
2. Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
3. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
