As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding client service while managing a wide-ranging caseload. From leasehold transactions to shared ownership and new builds, you'll be trusted to handle complex matters and drive results. You'll also be a mentor and collaborator, working closely with peers to meet-and exceed-performance expectations.



Key Responsibilities


  • Manage End-to-End Transactions: Oversee a varied caseload of property sales and purchases including leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties.

  • Lead Communication: Act as a main point of contact for clients, estate agents, referrers, and other legal professionals-ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.

  • Leverage Technology: Use a bespoke in-house case management system to streamline workflows, track progress, and maintain accurate records.

  • Hit Performance Milestones: Deliver against personal and team KPIs and service-level agreements while maintaining high-quality, compliant work.

  • Ensure Full Compliance: Stay ahead of AML regulations and industry standards such as the CQS framework.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a conveyancing fee earner or property lawyer role.

  • Legal Acumen: Solid understanding of the entire conveyancing process, including leasehold and new build complexities.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Case Management Systems, Microsoft Office, Land Registry Portal, and online SDLT processes.

  • Confident Communicator: Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Time Management: Skilled in prioritising tasks and managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
