Residential Conveyancer – Grow With Us at Ubique Legal Limited

Ubique Legal Limited is a small but ambitious law firm, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our Head of Property, Sunil Shingadia, supported by two experienced team members, in a role that balances quality conveyancing with the freedom to shape how we deliver our services.

We are not, and never will be, a conveyancing factory. We’re building something different — and we’d love you to be part of it.

Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer

2+ years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finish

Confidence using electronic case management systems and digital ID/AML/funds verification tools

Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Personable, well-organised, and able to work calmly under pressure

A team player with a positive, proactive, and ambitious attitude

We are embracing digital conveyancing from the ground up. Proficiency with digital tools is essential, and we’ll support you to stay at the forefront of modern practice.
