Key requirements of the role:

1. Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
2. Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently, taking all cases from instruction through to completion.
3. Being part of management as a senior fee earner in this business, with opportunities for progression during this key growth stage for the firm.
4. Must be an experienced conveyancer. Qualification as a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive is preferred but not essential.
