Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - 2+ years PQE
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent

A well-established and friendly high street firm in Epsom is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy property team. The role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience who is confident managing their own residential caseload from instruction to post-completion.

Applications are welcome from those seeking either full-time or part-time working arrangements.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handling a broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Managing files independently with minimal supervision
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
  • Providing practical, clear, and timely advice to clients


Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • A client-focused approach and a team-oriented attitude
