Responsibilities
  • Manage matters from start to finish, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property (both registered and unregistered).
  • Handle plot sales, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages, and easements.
  • Support available as needed, but maintain autonomy to run your own files and develop your practice.
  • Additional specialist work such as option agreements and conditional contracts may be involved.
  • Operate in a permanent, office-based role with hybrid working options; contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and long-term partnership goals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ideally 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer).
  • Solid technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage a busy caseload independently, and a client-focused, commercially aware approach.
