Are you a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer seeking a new opportunity?

My client, a well-respected firm based in Macclesfield, is recruiting a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.

The salary ranges from £55,000 to £70,000, complemented by a 3-tier monthly bonus scheme and on-street parking availability.

The role involves joining a large, established team to manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases from start to finish, with support.

Your work will include sales and purchases, mortgages, re-mortgages, and buy-to-let transactions. You will communicate with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and handle land registry documents and title deeds.

Responsibilities include managing a mixed conveyancing caseload, preparing mortgage reports, checking titles, raising enquiries, preparing contracts, conducting searches, reporting to clients, maintaining communication, building relationships with referrers, managing client expectations, and preparing matters for completion.
