Overview

Join a busy team of experienced conveyancers in a reputable L500 rated firm in Essex.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Advising clients on freehold and leasehold properties, including lease extensions
  • Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and managing the exchange and completion process
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals
