Job summary

Client based in Stow-on-the-Wold seeks an experienced Conveyancer to manage a residential property caseload from inception to conclusion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy and lease extensions.

You will liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders, develop professional relationships and generate fee income in line with targets. The role requires organisation, commercial awareness and excellent client care.

Qualifications

• Holds a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx or CLC) or has experience managing own caseload.
• Be organised and process driven.
• Be commercially astute, understanding targets and their impact on the practice.
• Commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
• IT literate with experience using a web-based case management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion (sales/purchases, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions).
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
• Develop professional relationships with clients and sources of work.
• Generate fee income in line with agreed targets.
