Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd in Buckingham is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least two years' experience to join a busy, expanding team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, equity release, re-mortgaging and buy-to-let.

The firm offers a supportive, friendly working environment with opportunities for progression within a long-established practice.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Strong client care skills and ability to work in a busy team.

Mansioni

• Handle residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
• Assist with equity release, lifetime mortgages, remortgaging and buy-to-let matters.
• Oversee Transfers of Ownership / Transfers of Equity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth case progression.

Residential Conveyancer – Buckingham

Long established Buckinghamshire firm seeks a residential conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join their busy and expanding team.

You will be involved in a varied caseload from instruction to completion including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Equity Release and Lifetime Mortgages
• Re-mortgaging and Buy-to-Let
• Transfers of Ownership / Transfers of Equity

You will be able to demonstrate strong client care skills and be looking to join a friendly firm in a supportive and progressive working environment.

Salary: £40000 – £55000 per annum
