Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion. This role is suitable for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with demonstrable expertise in residential conveyancing.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  2. Conduct title checks, review property documentation, and identify any legal issues or concerns.
  3. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to progress transactions efficiently.
  4. Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
  5. Conduct searches and investigations to ensure clear and marketable title to the property.
  6. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and legal standards.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
  2. Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Proven track record of managing a caseload of residential property transactions independently.
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  6. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving successful outcomes.
  7. Proficiency in relevant conveyancing software and IT systems.
