Job Title: Remote Residential Conveyancer
Salary up to £45,000 DOE + Bonus
Location: Remote

If you are a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing | Case Handler who is used to working in high volume Remote based roles, then we would love to hear from you.

The Remote Conveyancing Role includes:

* Experience in managing purchases, sales and re-mortgage transactions.
* Experience in running a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
* Able to run Title Checks and raise enquiries.
* Must be used to working remotely and for a volume residential team.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have:

* Good written and oral communication.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Able to work to deadlines.
* Used to volume conveyancing.
* A calm and helpful approach.
* Highly approachable.
