QED Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Residential Property Solicitor to join our well‑respected client in Colchester, Essex.

You will manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 3 years PQE, handling Sales, Purchases, Leaseholds, Freeholds, Remortgages and Transfers of equity.

This role offers £50,000 - £65,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working options.

Qualifications

Residential conveyancing experience, particularly in the listed transaction types.
Case handling experience in residential conveyancing is required.
Preference for approximately 3 years PQE.

Responsibilities

Manage a full and varied caseload for residential conveyancing transactions.
Handle Sales, Purchases, Leaseholds, Freeholds, Remortgages and Transfers of equity.
Provide care and attention to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
