Overview

Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, West Yorkshire, £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE) – You will be joining a supportive team environment where your expertise and commitment to client care will be highly valued. JOB REF:1243.

Responsibilities
  • This is a fantastic role for a motivated individual who is ready to take ownership of a varied caseload, managing matters from file opening through to completion
  • Handling a busy caseload of residential sale and purchase matters (both freehold and leasehold).
  • Providing clear, concise advice to clients and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the transaction.
  • Managing files from instruction to archiving in line with firm and accounts procedures.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents.
  • Supervising junior team members when required.
  • Proactively building and maintaining a strong client base in the local area.
Requirements
  • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
  • A flexible, “can-do” approach and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
