Residential Property Solicitor/ Licenced Conveyancer/ CILEX

PQE:

Circa 3 years’ PQE

THE ROLE:

This is a varied and interesting role with quality work. You will enjoy a mixed caseload of:

1. Freehold purchases and sales,
2. Leasehold transactions,
3. Re-mortgages,
4. Transfer of equity,
5. New builds,
6. Lease extensions,
7. Leasehold enfranchisement,
8. Equity release.

THE CANDIDATE:

You should have 3 years’ or more PQE or equivalent experience and be either a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC.
