Job description

Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £60,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded team. JOB REF: 9024.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of matters on behalf of a diverse client base.
  2. You will be confident and capable of covering the whole conveyancing process from start to finish.
  3. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments, and sales and purchases.
  4. You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
  5. You will be actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.
