Residential Conveyancer - Wakefield
Salary: Up to £50,000

Their Wakefield office is now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to the team - someone who enjoys running their own caseload and is ready to be part of a firm that really values its people.

You'd be joining a friendly, supportive and high-performing team dealing with a varied residential property caseload - including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. It's a great role for someone who enjoys working autonomously but also wants to be part of a wider team and a firm with a genuinely collaborative culture.

What we're looking for:
You'll have at least 12 months' experience running your own conveyancing files. Whether you're qualified (Solicitor, CLC, CILEX) or not, what really matters is your ability to manage files confidently, your commitment to excellent client care, and your desire to be part of a thriving, people-centred business.
