Job description

Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their office just outside of Canterbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive environment.

Duties will include:

1. Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
2. Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
3. Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
4. Managing all post-completion formalities.
5. Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.

Desired skills:

1. A minimum of 2 years' Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience essential.
2. A knowledge of lease enfranchisement is desirable but not essential.
3. Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
4. Excellent communication and client care skills.
