It provides full support, allowing conveyancers to focus on transactions without being overwhelmed by administrative and post‑completion tasks. With 9‑5 working hours and an office that closes shortly after 5 PM, the firm genuinely prioritises work‑life balance.

The firm is seeking a junior Conveyancer to join its team, working closely with its partner who will support you to develop your conveyancing skill set.

The Role:

• Manage a caseload of simple sales and purchase matters
• Engage with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Benefit from dedicated new business, file opening and post‑completion support, so you can focus on core transactions
• Working closely with the Partner to develop your knowledge

About You:

To be considered for this junior conveyancing role you must already have a track record of running simple sales and purchase files along with:

• Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a paper‑light environment
• Ability to work in the Sutton Coldfield office full‑time
• At least two years of working within a residential conveyancing environment
