Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Sutton Coldfield, £45,000+ (DOE) - Working alongside the Head of Residential Property, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take the lead on a wide range of matters and play a key role in developing and expanding our conveyancing offering. JOB REF: 0234

THE ROLE:
• You will provide a comprehensive, proactive, and high-quality conveyancing service to a broad range of clients.
• You will have the opportunity to contribute strategically to the growth of the team while managing your own caseload.
• Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new builds, adverse possession, leasehold properties, shared ownership, and listed buildings
• Draft contracts and transfer deeds, respond to enquiries, and manage matters through to exchange and completion
• Liaise with clients, agents, and internal departments including Matrimonial and Private Client teams
• Help drive business development and build relationships both internally and in the Cardiff market

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 2+ years PQE and a strong track record in residential property
• Experience across a broad range of conveyancing matters, including complex and high-value transactions
• Strong presence and confidence working in the Cardiff property market
• Excellent drafting skills and technical legal knowledge
• A commercial mindset and the ability to nurture client relationships
• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
