Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Experience in Sales, Purchases, Transfer of Equity, and Re-Mortgages.
  • Ability to manage case load independently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare initial Client Onboarding.
  • Liaise with Clients, Agents, and Third Parties.
  • Handle Client Matter Compliance.
  • Prepare Contract Packs.
  • Review Title and raise enquiries.
  • Conduct completions and post-completion work.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Stockport offices on a hybrid basis.

Role

The successful applicant will manage their own case load of residential conveyancing transactions and be supported by an experienced assistant and a collaborative team.

Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience handling all common types of Residential Conveyancing property transactions but in particular: Sales, Purchases, Transfer of Equity and Re-Mortgages. This is a varied role to ensure the smooth running of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with the preparation of initial Client Onboarding
  • Liaising with Clients, Agents and other Third Parties
  • Dealing with all aspects of Client Matter Compliance
  • Preparing Contract Packs
  • Reviewing Title
  • Raising Enquiries
  • Preparing Reports on Title
  • Dealing with Completions
  • Preparation of Financial Statements
  • Completing all Post-Completion work
