Job description

Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or Conveyancer), 5+ Years PQE, Stockport, up to c£60,000 (DOE) – We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive conveyancer with 5+ years PQE to join a dynamic and client-focused property team. JOB REF:0306.

THE ROLE:
• You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
• With support from an established team and modern systems, you'll deliver high-quality legal advice and an exceptional client experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• Minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
