Residential Conveyancer – Marple
The firm, a boutique, multi-service Law Firm with over 90 years of history, offers expert legal advice to local and national clients across the Derbyshire area. It is expanding its team to welcome a passionate Residential Property Conveyancer into its Marple office. The firm invites a seasoned Residential Conveyancer to join its highly regarded team and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of Residential Property matters, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• You will oversee the entire lifecycle of a property transaction from initial instruction through to post-completion, with the support of an Assistant

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE within Residential Property
• Strong background managing your own volume caseload of Residential Property matters, including sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• Strong billing history, with experience of and willingness to conduct your own BD
