Residential Property Solicitor (2-5 PQE)
Location: Telford
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent

An established and well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to join its thriving team based in Telford.

The Role:
Working closely with experienced conveyancers and paralegal support, the successful candidate will manage a diverse residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Re-mortgages

Transfers of equity

Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions

Adhering to industry regulations, including CQS and SRA standards

Requirements:
2-5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

A solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and documentation

Strong communication and client care skills

Experience with a case management system

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
