SJC Partners in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. You will manage your own conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters for an established client base.

SJC Partners are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Newcastle for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team.

The Role

The Role You'll be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout the conveyancing process

About You

• Previous experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• A proactive, organised and professional approach
