The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Bury.

You will receive full support from experienced partners to help develop your network of contacts and clients. The department handles a diverse range of clients and benefits from a strong reputation across Lancashire, resulting in many referrals.

You will manage a broad caseload including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be a Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload.
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
