Job Description:

Our legal client seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in Morden. The company's aim is to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who wishes to be part of their growth and who shares the firm's core values.

Responsibilities:

• Have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters, including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease.
• Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of issues.
• 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
• Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters.
• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development.
• Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
• Ambition to progress.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Professional but friendly and approachable.
• Liaising with clients and external professionals.
• Working with our Private Client Department.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law.
• Clear communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Delivering high-quality service and managing client expectations.
• Resolving title issues, boundary disputes, and delays.
• Efficiently managing timelines and deadlines.
• Competent in using LEAP and other digital tools.

• Salary Range: £40,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)
