Ready for a new challenge in a vibrant and growing Conveyancing team?

We are currently seeking an experienced conveyancer to manage a diverse caseload in a progressive environment that actively supports career growth and development.

As a key member of this expanding property law team, you will:

1. Manage all stages of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
2. Handle a varied portfolio including sales, remortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions, new plot purchases, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, and help to buy schemes.
3. Work directly with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

As an experienced team member, you will also support and mentor trainees and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery.

You should have:

• A minimum of 18 months’ experience in residential conveyancing, demonstrating the ability to handle a comprehensive caseload independently.
• Motivation, proactivity, and eagerness for a challenging yet rewarding role within a successful and forward-thinking team.
