The Firm

You'd be joining a large Residential Property team who work across a range of complex residential property matters. They are seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer to become an integral part of their team, managing a varied caseload in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload from instruction to post-completion
  • Handle a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Address complex title issues with autonomy and confidence
  • Liaise regularly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction process
