They require an experienced Residential Conveyancer to service clients across the region. The role can be based in Hessle, Scunthorpe, or Lincoln, and involves joining a dynamic residential property team to deliver property services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of residential conveyancing work under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
• Provide administrative support to other property lawyers in the department.
• Liaise with clients, other professionals, and internal colleagues.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Experience in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literacy and experience with a computerised case management system.
• Experience with CQS accreditation and Lender Exchange.
