Residential Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancer is required by a law firm near Southampton within their specialist residential conveyancing team. The role is due to further expansion and the team consists of many very experienced property lawyers.

The firm is managed by experienced partners and they have a dynamic approach to providing legal services to clients. They've invested heavily with the latest technology and training and offer a fabulous working environment.

The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for a case load with minimal supervision of residential conveyancing transactions. Predominately the conveyancing work will involve new build property transactions, title checking and transfers of ownership, liaising with developers, builders and financial institutions.

The role will suit a conveyancer, qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or by experience who is capable of running a case load with minimal supervision and must have new build conveyancing experience.

Salary Circa £30,000 to £50,000 depending upon experience
