I am absolutely thrilled to be working with one of the most respected and progressive law firms in North Yorkshire. Due to expansion, the firm is looking to recruit a residential conveyancer for a permanent opportunity joining their very successful property team.

The firm handles very high quality work and their client base is exceptional. You will manage a non-volume case load of residential property matters across sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, new build, etc.

The firm offers a friendly and supportive working environment, beautiful offices, a central location close to major transport links, hybrid working, flexibility, full & part time hours, progression, and an above market salary package.

To be considered for the role, you will be an experienced residential conveyancer (either qualified solicitor, lawyer, fee earner, or CLC) with at least 2 years of fee earning experience within conveyancing.
