Job description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 + PQE, LINCOLNSHIRE/ HYRBID, £30,000 + DOE. Multi-service law firm, hybrid working available. JOB REF: 0354

•The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for their own varied caseload of matters to include, sales, purchases, transfers, new builds, freehold and leasehold.

•Applications are opened to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The ideal candidate will have Commercial Property experience; however, it is not an essential requirement.

•You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.

•The firm requires office presence; however, they can offer hybrid working arrangements for the right candidate.
