The Role:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Sales and Purchases
• Leasehold and Freehold Transactions
• Shared Ownership Cases
• Remortgages

About You:

You will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven ability to handle a caseload independently
• A relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or equivalent practical experience
• Strong client relationship skills, with a commitment to developing both new and existing relationships
• IT proficiency, particularly with case management systems
• Excellent time-management skills to handle a busy, high-volume caseload
